A Garden to be Admired
This garden on Sydney’s Lower North Shore was designed and built to be enjoyed both practically and visually. The garden retains traditional qualities which are sympathetic to the character of the area and blends them together with contemporary features. This eclectic approach has resulted in this gardens own unique style. A simple yet functional design that provides detail and complexity through the material and planting selection. Polished concrete, recycled brick, detailed carpentry and sandstone paving and walling make up the majority of the built elements. Mature Olive trees were craned into site and set into the paving as the centre piece. Established Lilly Pilly hedges were also craned into place to provide instant privacy. Another exciting collaboration completed with Hampton Architecture.
