We believe that a picture speaks a thousand words.
Inner-City Garden Courtyard
Working with A Gentleman's Agreement on "The Moo Project". This inner-city, Sydney courtyard in Woolloomooloo, was designed for entertainment. Boasting an impressive al-fresco area, outdoor garden lighting / audio and large feature trees. This well-executed outdoor space not only offers room for wining and dining, but also provides the practicality of a secure parking space for the resident’s car.
Suburban Family Garden & Swimming Pool
This 70’s garden in Normanhurst was given new life with the introduction of winding sandstone walls, a sophisticated entertaining area and a complete renovation of the deteriorating swimming pool. New expansive gardens along the boundaries frame the property, creating privacy for an ideal family setting in suburban Sydney.
Contemporary Garden / Formal Garden
Working in conjunction with BKH Architects and Trend Constructions, our aim for this Mosman property was to create a garden that complemented the existing family home, while adding a contemporary feel. The use of clean, straight lines and modern features combined with classic building and landscape materials, such as brick and sandstone, has transformed this once quaint cottage on the Lower North Shore of Sydney into a stunning family home.
A Garden To Entertain In
Situated on Sydney's North Shore, our aim when designing this garden was an outdoor area with no limitations. Installation of double sliding doors creates a seamless transition from the indoors to the deck and pergola, producing open plan living. Soft outdoor lighting subtly illuminates the Australian hardwood timberwork, sandstone walls and plants at night. The combination of these features creates the perfect outdoor entertaining area that can be used no matter the time of year or weather.
A Welcoming Front Garden
With the backyard being heavily shaded by the bushland of Sydney's Northern Suburbs, our focus was to utilise the front garden, taking advantage of the available natural light. Using neutral earthy colours and materials inspired by the surroundings, we created a practical front yard with a brick driveway large enough to park all 3 family cars, while also managing to establish the perfect entertaining area, screened by the bordering trees and sandstone walls.
